- Team Support: Provide backup support to other customer service representatives as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 year college degree or certification preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, walking, and sitting; occasional climbing, balancing, and stooping.
