Job Summary:

Amentum is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at Military Entry Processing Stations (MEPS). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to applicants and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform applicant check-in and orientation
  • Conduct room, kitchen, meal, and facility inspections
  • Forecast daily support requirements
  • Communicate with military representatives and hotel staff
  • Resolve minor problems
  • Complete paperwork and reconcile monthly charges
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of customer service experience
  • Military or Department of Defense experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively

Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative will work in a climate-controlled, indoor environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.

Physical Demands:

The role requires regular use of hands, talking, and hearing. The employee will frequently walk and sit, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
