Student Worker Lead

The Lead Student Worker is a key member of the food service team, responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food operation. This role ensures that food is prepared and served in a safe and efficient manner, meeting the high standards of Aramark.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Direct daily activities, maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment, and train/mentor other food service workers.
- Food Production and Safety: Maintain food production that ensures the safety and quality of food according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis and perform preventative maintenance checklist.
- Customer Service: Maintain good public relations, promote a positive image of Aramark, and provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare production records, maintain logs on all maintenance required on equipment, and recommend replacement of existing equipment.
- Education: Must be a student at the Aramark location.
- Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic, maintain emotional control under stress, and resolve interpersonal situations.
- Knowledge: Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions, and be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
