Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings, and resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: Develop and motivate employees to provide outstanding service, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Assist with scheduling operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and plan menus and promotions to drive business growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including culinary, warehouse, and accounting, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
