We are currently in search of a talented Graphic Production Specialist who possesses substantial experience and technical proficiency in producing high-quality, press-ready files. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume agency setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement creative concepts across all direct response media platforms.
  • Generate and prepare precise press-ready mechanical files in accordance with production specifications, manufacturing, and postal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend campaign needs and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
  • Adapt designs across various formats and versions while preserving the integrity of approved creative and brand guidelines.
  • Follow project timelines and manage a substantial volume of assignments.
  • Maintain organized and accurate files in line with departmental protocols.
  • Conduct prepress tasks including retouching, color correction, preflighting, archiving, and creating mock-ups.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency setting focusing on file preparation, direct mail print production, and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in the latest Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing a high volume of projects.
  • Experience with GMC Inspire and variable data printing is a plus.
