Job Description: The Contract Administrator will be responsible for administering multiple ongoing grants and contracts, negotiating non-disclosure agreements, and establishing and maintaining complex records. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO team and other stakeholders on contract related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Contractual oversight, proposal development, negotiations, execution, and contract close-out.
  • Reviewing contracts for adherence to company policy, government specifications, and requirements.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions on various contracts.
  • Keeping current on government regulations and requirements.

Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in business or equivalent discipline.
  • Ability to document work and handle many ongoing concurrent actions.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
