About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Mentor Technical Group. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our team members.

Job Description
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our engineers, ensuring that they have the resources and knowledge needed to complete their tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our processes are aligned with business goals.
  • Lead projects and initiatives, developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineers, management, and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Six (6) years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in an FDA-regulated research or manufacturing facility.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including cGMP and FDA guidelines.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
