Position Summary:

  • Master and implement the Starlight Sales process while showcasing exceptional customer service.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the home construction process and product offerings to effectively convey information to potential clients.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and insight regarding Starlight Homes' vision, contributing to a team that is establishing a robust foundation of values and culture, with aspirations for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service through incoming calls, in line with Starlight Homes training. This includes educating interested individuals about our offerings, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Develop, rehearse, and deliver a compelling sales presentation in accordance with company training.
  • Maintain a high level of activity, including engaging with new prospects, following up with interested individuals, and scheduling appointments to finalize sales.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Foster effective communication with Starlight Homes team members.
  • Participate actively in scheduled weekly meetings, providing updates as necessary.
  • Communicate with the Sales Manager, presenting organized information regarding both passive and engaged prospects.
  • Utilize all available resources to convert leads into prospective clients and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
  • Generate referrals by upholding a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Log leads, appointments, and all communications into Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents through networking and visits to real estate offices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Represent Starlight Homes in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the homebuilding process, educating all prospects on what to expect throughout.
  • Engage with community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax details, recreational areas, shopping venues, and any other information requested by clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and identify their vision, aligning the ideal home to meet their needs.
  • Utilize training modules to maintain consistency with Starlight's processes and continuously seek to enhance sales delivery.
  • Contact all customers the night before their loan application to ensure they are prepared with necessary documents.
  • Reach out to customers on the night of sale to congratulate them on their new home and express gratitude for choosing Starlight Homes.
  • Maintain weekly communication with customers under contract to nurture rapport.
  • Respond to internal communications within 24 hours.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in a direct sales role.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplify professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with team members, management, and clients.
  • Support all team members, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure collective success.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to manage high-volume situations effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including sales software and Microsoft Office.
  • Keep an organized workspace and contribute to maintaining an orderly office environment.
