Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Navy Exchange. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling all stages of their stay, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle all aspects of front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process reservations, payments, and other transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including training and instructing new team members.
Requirements
  • One year of general office clerical experience, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
