Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management:
    • Juggle a high-volume calendar while aligning appointments with organizational priorities.
    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them with finesse.
  • Communication Management:
    • Draft, review, and send polished communications on behalf of the CEO with impeccable accuracy and speed.
    • Prioritize and manage emails, ensuring critical matters are addressed immediately.
  • Meeting Preparation & Coordination:
    • Organize and prepare for meetings by gathering documents and creating agendas.
    • Attend key meetings, take precise minutes, and follow up to ensure action items are completed.
  • Travel Coordination:
    • Plan and manage extensive travel itineraries.
  • Problem-Solving & Crisis Management:
    • Proactively identify issues and present solutions.
  • Information Relay:
    • Respond to calls and communicate succinctly with the CEO.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism:
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipation of Needs:
    • Stay ahead of the CEO, predicting requirements and addressing them proactively.
