Kadlec Clinic, a leading healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities region of southeast Washington, seeks a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its non-surgical Orthopedic/Sports Medicine clinic in Richland, Washington.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous experience in Orthopedic, Physiatry, or Primary care, who are eager to work with pediatric and adult patients in a busy weekday schedule. New graduates are also welcome to apply, as Kadlec provides robust onboarding and mentorship programs.
As a member of Kadlec's exceptional team, you will enjoy a balanced schedule with 36 hours per week, flexible Monday-to-Friday hours, and no call responsibilities. The compensation package includes an estimated annual salary between $122,886 and $153,380, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives.
