Kadlec Clinic, a leading healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities area of southeast Washington, seeks a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its non-surgical Orthopedic/Sports Medicine clinic in Richland. This opportunity allows for a balanced schedule while being part of an exceptional team.

About the Opportunity

This role will work with both pediatric and adult patients at a clinic operating on a weekday schedule. Ideal candidates will have previous Orthopedic, Physiatry, or Primary care experience and be eager to contribute to Kadlec's mission-driven organization.

  • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule; 36 hours per week.
  • Non-surgical role
  • No call responsibilities
  • Experience is preferred, but not required
  • New graduates are welcome to apply-robust onboarding and mentorship
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is between $122,886 to $153,380
