Job Description:
As a Systems Analyst II at Spry Squared, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) in achieving full compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This involves providing subject matter expertise on Department-wide policy guidance and oversight for federally mandated Section 508 implementation. You will evaluate the Department's level of compliance for creating Section 508 compliant electronic and information technology (EIT) and provide recommendations on how to improve the agency's efforts to develop, procure, and maintain EIT solutions that increase the DoD EIT environment accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise on Department-wide policy guidance and oversight for federally mandated Section 508 implementation.
Evaluate the Department's level of compliance for creating Section 508 compliant EIT and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with DoD Component partners to develop and support advocacy of programs, processes, and policy that enables full compliance within DoD for the intent of Section 508.
Support the Office of the DoD CIO records management requirements, including furtherance of DoD CIO responsibilities with respect to the Federal Records Act and associated orders and policies.

Requirements:
BS Degree in technical discipline and 5 years related experience in Records Management. Four (4) years relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelors Degree.
Must be a US Citizen and have a clearance of Top Secret with SCI or higher.
