Position Summary
The engineering department is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who can seamlessly integrate into the team and contribute significantly from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your extensive CNC programming expertise to create efficient programs for custom and intricate components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by designing CAM templates, authoring work instructions, and optimizing CAM programs.
- Address production challenges throughout the manufacturing process while collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to enhance manufacturability.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of programming, tool selection, and machining methodologies.
- Implement GD&T principles in the manufacturing workflow.
- Foster effective communication with operators, engineers, and team leaders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong proficiency in Mastercam programming is essential.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with various on-site teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and Vericut software is advantageous.
- Experience in composite materials is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
