Customer Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our team at HOM Furniture. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer service calls and resolve all questions, requests, and changes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers in a timely manner to resolve any and all customer issues
  • Enter account notes that describe in detail customer situations and how they are being resolved
  • Interact with other departments as necessary to resolve, prevent problems, and improve existing procedures and systems
  • Assist with training and developing of new customer service representatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of related experience and/or training
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of computers in a Windows-based environment
  • Demonstrate advanced telephone skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and show compassion/empathy to internal and external customers
