Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide supervision and support to our clients. As a Behavioral Health Tech/Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, while also building strong relationships with them. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Facilitate daily schedules, including participating in activities, providing support, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide transportation to clients for community outings and meetings, using company vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
- Practice compliance with all policies, record keeping requirements, and assigned documentation.
- Remain current and up-to-date on all trainings and certifications required to maintain employment with Newport Healthcare.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
