Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision

  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all facilities operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company and its clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and that expectations are managed.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Trade school training and a minimum of 10 years of experience in building operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and leading projects.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
    • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
    • Experience with energy management systems and building automation systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
