  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices in ambulatory care nursing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current Maryland licensure or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in ambulatory care nursing.
  • CPR certification.
