Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Closers. As a B2B Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging existing and potential customers, upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, and converting leads to new customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage existing and potential customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers while converting leads to new customers.
  • Prospect and initiate contact with potential customers, moving solid leads through the sales process.
  • Arrange follow-ups and coordinate meetings for potential customers showing interest.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of the aftermarket car part industry.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry.
  • Comfortable working in-person at our facility.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $78,000 to $98,000, including a base salary of $48,750. Top performers can earn up to $130,000 or more annually. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
