Job Summary:

The Critical Protection Officer provides analytical and tactical armed protective support of an assigned premises, personnel, and assets in compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Provide analytical and tactical support to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Officer, Security, Business Services, and Systems teams, to ensure seamless integration of protective services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise in protective services.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
