Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent external theft
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement effective shrink reduction strategies
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits
  • Testify in court as needed to support the company's interests
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection
  • Provide support and guidance to store teams on loss prevention procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
