Key Responsibilities- Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent external theft
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement effective shrink reduction strategies
- Prepare and present detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits
- Testify in court as needed to support the company's interests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection
- Provide support and guidance to store teams on loss prevention procedures and protocols
- Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.75/hour
