About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our team at ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Direct and control the construction process to meet specifications and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and regional managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent.
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
