Position Overview:

In the role of Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a vital role in the construction management process. Collaborating closely with the Superintendent, you will help ensure the effective execution of projects across diverse sectors, including educational facilities, judicial buildings, governmental infrastructure, and industrial sites. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction operations on-site.
  • Guarantee that all activities adhere to safety guidelines, quality benchmarks, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Track project advancement and communicate updates to the project management team.
  • Help identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.
