Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the ER, using the nursing process and clinical standards.
  • Delegate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team.
  • Organize and prioritize patient care plans, collaborating with patients, family, and significant others.
  • Identify patients at risk for injury and monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.
  • Respond to medical emergencies for critical patients and create a positive patient care experience.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's, or Higher in Nursing.
  • 1 year registered nurse ER experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a hospital setting, caring for a group of patients consistently.
