Taco Cabana Bar Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar at Taco Cabana. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring that the bar is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory and labor expenses.
- Ensure that the bar is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of bar experience, with extensive knowledge of bar operations.
- College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Flexibly Adapts and Manages Change: Supports and champions major food and beverage campaigns to the FOH staff in order to drive results and grow the brand.
- Managing Financial Results: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the financial components of the restaurant operation and the bar's role in meeting the bottom line.
