Acts as a mentor and resource for less experienced staff, providing guidance and problem resolution. SERVICE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Utilizes exceptional communication skills to deliver high-quality service during all interactions with patients, physicians, and team members. Enhances patient, employee, and physician satisfaction while supporting efficient revenue cycle processes. Assists with departmental reports and correspondence, providing administrative support as needed. QUALITY/SAFETY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serves as a communication link between patients, medical staff, and external parties to resolve access and service quality issues. Inputs patient and operational data into various systems with accuracy and thoroughness. Ensures compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations while conveying necessary information. FINANCE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Accurately records information related to charge entry, registration, scheduling, and insurance verification to meet financial objectives. Manages time effectively to minimize overtime and assists team members during peak workloads. Utilizes departmental resources efficiently and participates in inventory management to maintain adequate supply levels. GROWTH/INNOVATION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Demonstrates initiative in improving job functions and streamlining processes for enhanced patient flow. Qualifications:

EDUCATION
