Care Partners invites applications for a Clinical Leadership Position in Behavioral Health, offering a competitive salary of $85,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in San Mateo County.

Job Summary

The Clinical Leadership Position provides clinical supervision and support to staff and interns in our youth and adult outpatient and residential behavioral health programs. This role lends support to other programs within the organization as needed and ensures that all professional standards, licensing/certification, and clinical grant requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual and group clinical supervision for direct services staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all professional standards, licensing/certification, and clinical grant requirements.
  • Provide regular on-site trainings for employees and interns.
  • Be available after-hours to respond to clinical emergencies, outstanding crises, or events precipitating an incident report.
  • Research and recommend evidence-based practices and best practices.
  • Serve as the point person for clinical audits and concerns.

Qualifications

  • California state license in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, with a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Completion of required Clinical Supervision Certification, if applicable.
  • At least five years of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • First Aid Certified within 60 days of employment.
  • CPR Certified within 60 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with additional certification in Addiction Counseling.

Additional Requirements

  • Must not be on active parole or probation.
