Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive compensation package includes weekly pay, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Job Description

As a Senior Healthcare Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, developing personalized care plans, and advocating for resident needs.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting incidents, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • A current RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Experience in long-term care, with knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to this sector.
