We are currently in search of a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting our operations.


The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring the effective management of resources throughout the lifecycle of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analytical and logistical assessments to support lifecycle sustainment initiatives.

2. Assist in the management of acquisition programs related to comprehensive engine repair and modifications.

3. Contribute to the development of Performance Work Statement (PWS) documentation; aid in creating schedules, budgets, and presentations; and author and coordinate necessary documentation.


4. Initiate programs aimed at enhancing supply supportability, integrating new technologies, and addressing obsolescence challenges.

5. Develop, coordinate, and monitor Integrated Product Support (IPS) metrics and documentation efforts.


6. Analyze and support the integration of supply, maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance functions necessary for lifecycle support.


7. Leverage logistics expertise to assess and recommend improvements to program support and resource allocation.


8. Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining high-quality standards that align with organizational objectives.


9. Make informed recommendations based on comprehensive analysis, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of information.


10. Conduct thorough research on issues using available resources to inform decision-making.


11. Evaluate modernization opportunities through technology integration and hardware updates.


12. Utilize various systems and tools, including logistics management systems and technical data, to support operational objectives.


13. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.


14. Collaborate with Cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to achieve program cost, schedule, quality, and performance goals.


15. Ensure alignment between program plans and requirements, maintaining traceability throughout.


16. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation of all major concerns.


17. Select appropriate methodologies for developing work products that require minimal revisions.


18. Assess program initiatives aimed at improving reliability, maintainability, availability, and affordability.


19. Analyze planning and programming documents to understand the scope of acquisition efforts.


Qualifications:

Clearance:
Secret or ability to obtain a Secret

Master's degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience OR

BA/BS degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience OR

Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions:
May require lifting of up to 15 lbs.

May involve standing and/or walking for up to two (2) hours a day.

Some travel may be necessary.
