Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare banquet settings by arranging tables and chairs according to event requirements.
  • Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Serve food and beverages, both plated and buffet style, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and anticipate their needs effectively.
  • Keep the event area clean and organized throughout the duration of the event.
  • Perform closing tasks, including clearing tables, dismantling banquet setups, and storing equipment appropriately.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary and planning teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Work alongside fellow staff members to deliver efficient and attentive service.
Qualifications:
  • Location: Sugar Hill, GA
  • Compensation: $10 - $13 per hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Part-time, with availability required on weekends and during events.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position preferred.
  • Education: Relevant work history.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and stand or walk for 8-12 hours.
