**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide nursing care to patients and families in various healthcare settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing
  • Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio
