As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for recovering delinquent accounts and minimizing losses. Your expertise in negotiation and customer service will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and help them find affordable repayment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and monitor delinquent accounts daily to maintain losses at or below established guidelines.
- Properly document all account activities and maintain accurate records.
- Initiate contact with customers to satisfy deficient balances and negotiate repayment plans.
- Make recommendations to management for accounts requiring additional attention.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist other departments as needed to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
