Job Summary

Group SSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and schedule role players, ensuring scripts are followed and coordinating onsite activities. The successful candidate will serve as the immediate supervisor for all Role Player Personnel and be responsible for scheduling the correct amount of Role Player Personnel for events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in all duties
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Effectively apply training methodology and enforce project standards
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Review the status reports of contract personnel and address issues as appropriate
  • Project Accounting: Track and report all man-hours worked and expenses on a weekly basis
Requirements
  • Must be a US citizen
  • High school diploma or higher
  • 3-4 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years as a role player and 1 year as a supervisor
  • Must possess the following verifiable skills: customer service, administrative, multitasking, record keeping (Excel proficiency), and a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check (may require physical and/or drug testing)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background/experience with Law Enforcement
