The OpportunityAs a Sales Associate at Kay Jewelers, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and compliance. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs, present merchandise effectively, and provide detailed information on features and benefits of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a superior experience to valued customers
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
- Presentation of merchandise and sharing detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
- Meet individual and team sales goals
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication and relational skills
We offer a competitive base salary of $18.00 - $25.00 (dependent on experience and qualifications), plus a range of benefits to support your personal and professional growth.
