About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position involves the strategic planning and scheduling of all electrical maintenance activities within the South Ingot and Can Reclamation Departments. The planner will serve as a crucial link between production, engineering, and maintenance teams. Additional duties encompass data entry, record-keeping, documentation management, and procurement of supplies to support both production and maintenance operations.

Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly driven with a collaborative mindset across all organizational levels.
  • Extensive experience with ORACLE eAM or similar systems.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Robust computer skills are essential, including familiarity with maintenance software and the ability to swiftly adapt to new applications. Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project scheduling software or equivalent is preferred.
