Job Title: Lead Americas Equity Derivatives Programme Manager

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Americas Equity Derivatives Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Equity Derivatives Programme in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize programme initiatives.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources to ensure effective use of assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure programme alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking with strong understanding of Prime Brokerage and Structured Equity Derivatives.
  • Excellent analysis, design, and development skills with ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to drive teams forward and roll up sleeves to drive programme delivery.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts and ability to converse with key stakeholders.
  • Experience writing functional specifications and working with SQL.
