Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Tatitlek Management Services, Inc. (TMSI). As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and personnel at our site, ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure effective security operations
  • Enforce regulations and procedures to prevent breaches of security
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, using judgment and discretion to determine the best course of action
  • Perform guard duties, including patrolling the site and monitoring security systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Requirements
  • Must be a US citizen and possess a SECRET clearance
  • Must have completed the Basic DHS/FPS SGIM/SMART Book Training course
  • Associates degree or three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience may be substituted for education
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills
Working Conditions
