Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components and preparing sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and prepare sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays
  • Follow instruction from supervisors, team leaders, or others designated to assist leadership in work areas
  • Use approved Bills of Material to assemble trays in compliance with established designs
  • Ensure raw materials used during production are in compliance with established material standards
  • Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize amount of scrap loss
Requirements
  • Three months related assembly experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of assembly and production processes
