Job Description

Job Summary

Aero Support Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that aircraft repairs and maintenance meet the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in aircraft components or systems
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Develop and maintain records of quality control activities and results
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings


Requirements


  • Airframe and Powerplant certification
  • Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in aviation maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
