Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing is necessary.
  • Current valid nursing license in North Carolina is mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year of ICU experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse acts as a leader within the healthcare team at Novant Health by fostering an authentic, personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and other team members, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans that promote optimal health or facilitate a peaceful transition. Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, the RN assists patients in navigating their health journeys. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management and delivery of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
