The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in the healthcare team at PHM by fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their support systems. This role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes or facilitate a dignified end-of-life experience. Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, the Registered Nurse assists patients in navigating their healthcare journeys. The individual in this role is accountable for the management and delivery of care in line with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. If the RN license has been inactive for five years or more, a Board-approved refresher course must be completed prior to reactivation.
- Experience: Preferred one year of relevant nursing experience.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
