Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Matthews Surgery Center location. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering excellent service to physicians and patients, participating in high-performing teams, and exemplifying our organization's values of Quality, Teamwork, Service, and Community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service to physicians and patients
- Participate in high-performing teams
- Exemplify our organization's values of Quality, Teamwork, Service, and Community
- Provide technical expertise in orthopedic peri-operative nursing and clinical care
- Work in a primary nursing area for the center
- Function as a team member in an ASC environment through cross-training to other primary areas
- Coordinate the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment
- Registered Nurse - National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Operating room (OR) experience required
- PACU experience preferred but not required
This is a part-time position, working 20 hours a week, normally within the hour structure 5:00am-7:30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
