Job Summary:

FormFactor is seeking a skilled Litho Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our MEMS wafer fab for the process modules photolithography, thin film deposition, and plasma etching. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microstructure fabrication or semiconductor wafer manufacturing and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support manufacturing in our MEMS wafer fab for the process modules photolithography, thin film deposition, and plasma etching.
  • Resolve non-compliance reports on wafers and troubleshoot process and tool issues.
  • Develop tool recipes for metrology and other processes.
  • Monitor process performance via analysis of SPC charts and take actions based on findings.
  • Support qualification of new tools and materials for development of advanced lithography, sputter, and etching processes.
  • Collaborate with production, integration, plating, and planarization teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in microstructure fabrication or semiconductor wafer manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Savvy with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using a database language like SQL is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is between $90,500 and $118,755. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
