Responsibilities:
  • Manage aspects of the organization's compliance and QA/QI plan under the direction of the Quality Management Director.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, standards, and monitoring activities related to assuring documentation compliance.
  • Assist in responding to audit requests from external authorities and internal audits.
  • Monitor documentation and coordinate the work of others to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the analysis, reporting, and monitoring of agency effectiveness, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and present organization-wide service documentation training.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Medical Records to maintain staff access to appropriate service documentation forms and processes.
  • Act as one of the organization's two Client Rights Officers.
  • Support the organization's incident review processes.
  • Conduct privacy audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in behavioral health services.
  • Experience in a mental health/behavioral health organization in a managed care environment is desired.
  • Strong skills in creating files in databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management software.
  • Excellent facilitation and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of certification and accreditation standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
