F45 Training CP006504 is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a motivated and results-driven Group Exercise Leader.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about fitness and has excellent leadership and communication skills to lead our group fitness classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging group fitness classes
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote F45 services and attract new members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Assist in the management of the studio floor, including equipment setup and maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Relevant group training and/or personal training experience
  • Able to work varied shifts including evenings, early mornings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and attentive demeanor
  • Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs
  • Certifications: nationally accredited current fitness certification (e.g. NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
  • Maintain current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
