About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate and Cost Estimation Specialist to work with us at RER Solutions, Inc. This role will be part of the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) team, supporting clean energy demonstration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of client demonstration projects to provide accurate value estimates.
  2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and others to analyze comparable properties and estimate their value.
  3. Develop comprehensive written reports on property values.
  4. Maintain up-to-date records of each real estate property or other tangible assets.
  5. Verify property descriptions through public records research.
  6. Carry out property inspections, documenting key characteristics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
  • US Citizenship is necessary for client-issued Public Trust.
  • Desirable: Experience in Clean Energy.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong business writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
