Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Cost Analyst to join our team at RRG, the global leader in enterprise lease audit and cost control solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate, lease contracts, property accounting and finance, building operations, property management practices, and market conditions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience working within a team environment to contribute to firm objectives.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in lease audit, finance, commercial real estate, or property management.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required. We estimate the annual salary to be around $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards.
