Position Summary: Our client, a pioneering nanobubble technology firm, is on a mission to harness the potential of nanobubbles to improve and safeguard water, food, and natural resources. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design, engineering, procurement, and execution of equipment projects related to nanobubble generator applications in surface water and wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Proposal Development: Create detailed process flowsheets and specifications for third-party equipment. Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Prepare project proposals and cost estimates based on supplier quotes.
  • Engineering & Procurement: Develop comprehensive designs and technical drawings, including equipment specifications, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Facilitate the timely procurement of third-party items, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, while monitoring progress and addressing risks and challenges. Collaborate with the Global Service Team to ensure successful installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Quality Control: Uphold high-quality standards throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and company policies. Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status updates, and reports for stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations as required.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits and supplier inspections.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of professional experience.
  • Experience in small team environments.
  • At least five years in the water treatment industry, focusing on project management or application design.
  • Strong grasp of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Background in water treatment equipment design and installation is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
