Job Title: Land Focused Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Focused Real Estate Agent to join our team at American Forest Management, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding sellers and buyers in the marketing and purchasing of timberland, recreational hunting, and agricultural land.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell timberland, recreational hunting, and agricultural land to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and brokers
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and land use regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of real estate transactions

Requirements:

  • Current real estate broker or sales associate license
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in land-focused real estate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and county land record system searches
  • Knowledgeable in forestry, agriculture, outdoor recreation, or a related field
