The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in employee relations, training, and compliance. They will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a valid driver's license. A PHR or SPHR certification is preferred, as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.
